MindSet Shift Ministry was founded by David Young Jr. after more than two decades of navigating technology, entrepreneurship, real estate, financial setbacks, family responsibility, faith, service, and personal rebuilding.
Those experiences revealed a consistent truth: people rarely struggle in only one area of life. A mindset challenge can affect financial decisions. Financial pressure can affect relationships and confidence. Limited access to technology can restrict safety, education, employment, and opportunity.
This ministry transforms lived experience into practical pathways that help others rebuild. The mission is larger than one person—it is about creating a community where people receive encouragement, useful knowledge, accountability, and genuine opportunities to move forward.
